Helping You Find Clarity, Trust Yourself, and Create a Life That Feels Aligned
Hi, I’m Kayla.
Life Coach · Strategist · Encourager of Meaningful Change
I help people navigate difficult seasons, reconnect with themselves, build confidence, and create meaningful progress toward the life they want to live.
My coaching combines compassionate support with practical strategy. Together, we will slow down the noise, uncover what truly matters, and create realistic next steps that fit your life – not someone else’s expectations.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. You simply need a willingness to be honest about where you are and curious about what could come next.

Every meaningful journey begins somewhere. Mine taught me that growth is rarely about having all the answers – it begins with being willing to ask better questions.

My Story
Meaningful change rarely begins with certainty.
More often, it begins with one honest conversation, one difficult decision, one boundary finally established, or one small step taken before you feel completely ready.
My own life has included seasons of reinvention, uncertainty, rebuilding, leadership, entrepreneurship, personal growth, and learning how to keep moving when the path ahead was not obvious.
Those experiences did not give me every answer. They taught me how powerful the right questions can be – and how much can change when someone feels seen, supported, and challenged to believe in what is still possible.
I became a coach because I want to offer others the kind of space that helps people hear themselves more clearly, remember their own strength, and begin creating what comes next.
You do not need someone to rescue you. You may simply need someone who believes in your ability to rise.
What Makes My Coaching Different?
My coaching is not handing you a generic formula or telling you who to become. It is about helping you understand yourself more clearly, challenge the patterns keeping you stuck, and create a path forward that feels honest, practical, and fully your own.

The goal is not to make you dependent on coaching. The goal is to help you become more confident in your own ability to make decisions, navigate challenges, and keep moving forward.
What Matters Most To Me
The way I coach is shaped by the values I try to carry into every conversation, relationship, and project.

I believe growth should create more room – not only for us, but for the people we are able to encourage, support, and bring with us.
Experience That Shapes My Coaching
My journey has never followed one narrow lane…
And I’m grateful it didn’t.
That breadth has shaped how I understand people, problems, and possibility.
Over the years, I have worked across entrepreneurship, leadership, marketing, strategy, wellness, operations, advocacy, community impact, and personal development.
I have built ideas, led initiatives, supported entrepreneurs, created structure from complexity, navigated difficult transitions, and learned that meaningful progress – personal or professional – usually beings with clarity.
That experiences allows me to see the many parts of a person’s life as connected. Career, identity, relationships, confidence, purpose, health, responsibility, and ambition rarely exist in isolation.
I bring empathy, perspective, and practical thinking into our conversations so you have room to process what you are experiencing while also identifying what you can do next.
Your story may be complex. Your next step can still become clear.

Outside of Coaching…
People are more than the work they do, and I believe life needs room for curiosity, quiet, play, connection, and wonder.
When I am not coaching or developing new ideas, you will often find me spending time in nature, caring for my ever-growing collection of plants, practicing mindfulness, learning something new, having meaningful conversations, or slowing down long enough to appreciate life’s quieter moments.
Those parts of my life remind me that growth is not measured only by achievement.
Sometimes growth looks like peace. Sometimes it looks like choosing yourself. Sometimes it looks like finally allowing yourself to dream again.
Those quieter moments help me show up more present, grounded, and fully available for the people I have the privilege of coaching.
Looking Toward the Future
I believe coaching is one meaningful way to help people change their lives – but it is not the only way.
My larger vision is to continue sharing knowledge, building tools, creating resources, developing communities, and opening doors that help more people recognize their potential and move toward lives that feel purposeful, empowered, and fully their own.
As I continue growing, building, and stepping into new opportunities, I do not want that growth to end with me.
I want to share what I learn. I want to create opportunities for others. I want to challenge people to think bigger about what may be possible for their lives – and, where I can, bring people forward with me.
Because success is meaningful.
But rising together is the real vision.
Local Life Coach is one expression of that mission: a place where people can pause, gain clarity, strengthen confidence, and begin taking steps toward the life they may already be dreaming about – or have not yet learned how to imagine.
What I Believe – The Values That Guide Every Conversation
These are the beliefs that guide how I support people, approach growth, and think about the lives we are capable of creating.
You Are the Expert on your Life
My role is not to control your decisions. It is to help you hear yourself more clearly, understand your options, and make choices with greater confidence.
Clarity Comes Before Action
You do not need more pressure. You need enough space to identify what matters, what is getting in the way, and what step makes sense next.
Growth Requires Honesty
Meaningful change begins when we can look at patterns, choices, fears, and desires without judgment or avoidance.
Small Steps Matter
Sustainable transformation is often built through manageable actions repeated consistently—not perfection or dramatic overnight change.
Compassion and Accountability Belong Together
You can be supported and challenged. You can honor what you have survived while taking responsibility for what you create next.
Your Life Should Feel Like Yours
Success, balance, purpose, and fulfillment should be defined by your values—not by pressure, comparison, or someone else’s expectations.
Coaching should help you become more connected to your own wisdom – not replace it.
Who I Work Best With
I work best with people who know – or are beginning to suspect – that something in their life is ready to change.
✓ Navigating a major life transition
✓ Rebuilding confidence or identity
✓ Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected
✓ Ready to stope repeating the same patterns
✓ Pursuing meaningful goal or new direction
✓ Starting over after a difficult experience
✓ Seeking more purpose, balance, or clarity
✓ Learning to trust themselves again
✓ Wanting support and honest accountability
✓ Open to reflection, growth, and meaningful action
You do not need a perfect plan. You do not need to know exactly what your future should look like. You simply need to be willing to have an honest conversation about where you are, what you want, and what might help you move forward.
If You’ve Read This Far….
You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.
You do not need to feel fearless.
You do not need to prove that you are worthy of support.
You may simply need a place to slow down, speak honestly, and remember that there is still more available to you.
Whatever chapter you are entering, I hope you give yourself permission to imagine something better – and the courage to take one step toward it.
I would be honored to walk alongside you.
– Kayla
